European Radicalism: Revisionist Socialism (G910)

G – History

Revisionist socialism was the critique of and action against Marx’s errors, and defined the socialist-communist splits. It also displayed the strengths and weaknesses of the working class movements in Europe. This course will introduce students to Ferdinand Lassalle, Friedrich Engels, Karl Kautsky and Eduard Bernstein.
