Improve your strength, flexibility and relaxation through the instructor-guided practice of yoga. Materials required: Yoga mat as well as two blocks and strap.

TAMBLYN, WILLIAM–Active participant in many OLLI courses every year upon full retirement in 2015. Enthusiastic yoga student for six years, taking classes five to eight times per week and co-teaching a weekly class. Encouraged to teach at OLLI by current OLLI yoga instructors.
