Jazzercise LO is a dance-based fitness program that focuses on fun, sustainable fitness you can stick to for life. This dance cardio class is fused with cardio, strength and stretch giving participants a full-body workout. The program is designed to maximize full workout potential while boosting mental health but, without impacting joints. The goal is to help people achieve healthier, happier lives though dance fitness. Jazzercise is fit for all ages.
