Gentle yoga is a relaxing full body stretch, taught in this 60-minute strengthening and balancing class where we work on mindful breathing and slow body movements that are tailored to seniors. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat. Students may also want to bring an optional blanket or blocks.

ROTH, ROBIN–B.A., marketing, Marymount University, Arlington, Virgina. Completed Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) training at Truly Yoga, Newark, Delaware, certified through Yoga Alliance. In retirement, would like to share the mindful healthy benefits of movement and breath. Gentle yoga is a great place to start.
