CA – Performing Arts (Appreciation)

This is a hybrid course. One section meets on site at the location listed; and one section meets online only.
Delawareans are fortunate to have so many opportunities to experience live theatre — whether on a professional or community theatre stage. This course will explore two of our local theatre offerings. Rough Crossing by Tom Stoppard will be staged by UD’s Resident Ensemble Players; our second play is yet to be determined. Participants will have the opportunity to read the script for each play and discuss it in class. Independent trips to view the productions are encouraged, but not required.
