Tuesday: 9:00 AM-10:15 AM
This course reviews basic hazards and safety precautions related to frequent home injuries. Topics include fall prevention and ladder safety, ergonomics and safe lifting, basic electrical safety and household chemical hazards. The final session will be chosen based on participants’ interest.

DELASKI, LAURIE–A safety professional with 40 years’ experience, has worked in a variety of industries to evaluate and control health and safety hazards, maintain safe operations and educate employees. Recently retired and would like to share her knowledge to help people live safer and healthier lives.
