Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga (Q905)

Beginners and yogis of all body types learn three stages of kripalu yoga: proper alignment, longer holding time and meditation-in-motion. Students practice a unique vinyasa (sequence of yogic movements) to experience warmups, standing postures, yoga for accessing the body’s major energy centers, deep relaxation and more. So much more than muscles are moved as yogis practice to inspiring sound tracks, from Ode to Joy and Amazing Grace to Danny Boy and Taps.

INSTRUCTOR: Gerald Mousley

MOUSLEY, GERALD–B.A., history, University of Delaware. Retired Delaware family court mediator; certified kripalu yoga teacher; resident at Kripalu Yoga Ashram. 50 years teaching yoga, including two original courses: Jesus Yoga at 1st Unitarian Church and Water Yoga at Kirkwood Fitness Club.
