Senior vice president and economist, Delaware Trust Company; CEO, Beneficial Mortgage Corp.; retired as executive director, Lutheran Senior Services, Inc., Wilmington. Served on boards of several local volunteer organizations. Current chairman, Delaware Health Facilities Authority and member since 1974.
CHAMBERS, JEFFREY–B.S. and Ph.D., chemistry. Retired from DuPont after a 32-year career in research, and has volunteered in water-quality issues in retirement.
